Custom Realities is a multidisciplinary practice, offering services in Space Planning, Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Consultancies, Interior Designs and Project Management.
In 1992, we started business operations as an Architectural Firm dedicated to personalized client services with an office at No.36 Okoroji Street D/Line Port Harcourt, Rivers State. As our Projects grew, we moved to No 31 Orominike Street D/Line Port Harcourt, Rivers State. We have since moved to our permanent office location at No. 36 Old Aba Road Rumuokwurusi, Port Harcourt, Rivers state, as a result of our steady growth.
Our familiarity with international quality and safety standards has propelled us to embark on high brow projects with quality as our watchword. With our experiences and capabilities, we have completed numerous projects across the length and breadth of Nigeria, with a view to go beyond her boundaries.
The focus of our practice is anchored on the efficient and critical management of design and implementation process, with the active involvement of our experienced and technically competent personnel. We have at our disposal up-to-date computer based programmes for CAD documentation and asset management. Our design method is spontaneous and fluid - a creative approach we have come to cherish.
Our name did not come by chance, it emanates from the fervent desire to be unique and different in designing edifices that are customized and yet real.
