Since 1988, Our Saviour Institute of Science, Agriculture & Technology, Enugu is a tertiary Institute of Higher Learning established primarily but not exclusively for the disabled and disadvantaged members of the society who are normally discriminated against in admission into Universities, Polytechnics or College of Education in the country.
