Established in 1906, Tarlac State University (TSU) is the center for academic excellence in the province of Tarlac in the Philippines.

It offers graduate courses in select fields as well as vocational, undergraduate, degree and postgraduate programs in Engineering, Chemistry, Human Kinetics and Social Sciences, Computer Studies as well as Information Technology, Business and Accountancy, Education, Public Administration, Architecture and Fine Arts, Secondary and Nursing. Just recently, TSU offered its Bachelor of Laws program (LL.B) in cooperation of Integrated Bar of the Philippines Tarlac Chapter.
