Edith Cowan University (ECU) is one of Australia’s and the world’s best young universities. We have more than 30,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. We also welcome over 6,000 international students annually, originating from more than 100 countries.

We have 8 Schools: Arts and Humanities, Business and Law; Education; Engineering; Medical and Health Sciences; Nursing and Midwifery, Science and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).

We deliver courses from our 3 campuses – Joondalup and Mount Lawley in metropolitan Perth; and the South West Campus at Bunbury, 200km south of Perth. We also offer a comprehensive suite of online study options.

We incorporate the oldest and most popular School of Education in Western Australia; the largest undergraduate Nursing program in the State; Kurongkurl Katitjin, our Centre for Australian Indigenous Education and Research; as well as the world-renowned Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).

ECU is one of only two Academic Centres for Cyber Security Excellence in Australia. And we are a lead partner in the $50 million Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre (CRC), along with the WA State Government.
