ISUTC was created and started its activity following the Decree No. 32/99 and Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 33/99.
It is a private institution of higher education dedicated to the training of senior staff in the areas related to Transport and Communications and its surroundings, which currently offers the University degree of Licenciatura in four branches.
In the academic year 2000-01 they started the Undergraduate degrees in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications and in Management and Finance.
In the academic year 2001-02, it also started the Degree in Civil Engineering and Transportation.
In the academic year 2006 he started the Degree in Mechanical and Transport Engineering.
The degrees in Engineering have a duration of 5 years.
The degree in Management and Finance lasts for 4 years.
The first graduates of ISUTC concluded the course in late 2004.
