Oil & Gas and Petrochemical are Tozzi Sud’s core business sectors, since the company has decades of experience in the installation of electrical plants and instrumentation for refineries, gas pumping and compression stations, hydrocarbon storage sites and offshore platforms.
Offshore platforms constitute the main focus of the company’s maintenance operations, which include \"global service\" contracts.
Particularly worthy of note is the contract recently acquired by Tozzi Sud for the construction of an innovative type of refining plant, intended for use in the oil fields of Kazakhstan: for this project (the largest in the world in this sector), Tozzi Sud is constructing a number of Local Equipment Rooms (LERs) in Ravenna, which will then be transported and assembled on site in Kazakhstan.
