The National University of Engineering - UNI is a public university located in the city of Lima, Peru. It was founded on March 18, 1876 by the Polish engineer Eduardo de Habich, at the initiative of the State of the Republic of Peru.
Initially it was created like School of Engineers, until 1955, year in which it is given the rank of university. Its main campus is located in Rimac district. He excels in Sciences, Engineering, Technologies and Applied Arts. UNI is organized into 11 faculties covering 28 specialties.
