Hi-Tech Construction Ltd was formed in September 1992 and incorporated in Nigeria as a limited liability company under Certificate of Registration No. 205473. The object for which the company was established is to carry out all types of civil engineering works, construction of roads and bridges in particular.
The Headquarters of Hi-Tech are located in a strategic location in Warri, along the Refinery Road, Ekpan, on a 3.2 acres of land, acquired in October 1992 . The land has been developed in 1993/94 to accommodate the offices, stores, workshop and other facilities of the company.
