THE UBIMA FIELD
The Ubima Marginal Field lies onshore in Rivers State in the northern part of OML 17.The field is Located 14 km north of the Port Harcourt airport in Rivers State with excellent road access. It is 64.57 square kilometres in area and was carved out of the SPDC JV operated OML 17. The Ubima Field was farmed out to All Grace Energy Limited from SPDC as part of a pilot program to implement Small Scale Gas Utilization Projects (SSGUP). Discovery well Ubima-01 was drilled in 1963 followed by appraisal wells Ubima-02 (1963), Ubima-03 (1965) and Ubima-04 (1981). There is a comprehensive sub surface data package, including 3D seismic (1997) and data from the four wells. All Grace Energy Limited is dedicated to:
