At Varsity College we strive to ensure students acquire necessary real-world skills for their career and future life. We offer a balanced range of social and sporting activities as well as academic studies.

We also believe in individual growth. With our smaller classes, students are given the opportunity to develop personal relationships with staff and their fellow students.

In addition, students can choose between one of our eight campuses nationwide. From the bustling economic hub that is Johannesburg, to the culturally diverse city of Cape Town, each campus offers something unique. And if students are intent on the full campus experience, they need not attend the campus in their home town.

The IIE’s (Independent Institute of Education) Varsity College have also partnered with some of the top educational brands in South Africa to bring our students the very best in education. These partnerships allow us to provide a range of highly credible qualifications and career choices. This is possible only because the brands we are affiliated with are recognised as the best in their educational field – nationally, and in some cases, internationally.

Some of our partners include The University of the Free State (UFS), The Open University (OU), and The University of South Africa (UNISA).

Internationally recognised, the IIE is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education provider. It’s also responsible for the academic governance and quality control of all programmes delivered through all Varsity College campuses.

The OU is the largest university in the UK, as well as a world leader in modern distance learning. Our partnership with the OU allows students to study their select internationally recognised degrees through Varsity College.
