Adexen was mandated by an international Oil & Gas company to recruit an experienced Commercial Leader for its operations. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
The role is critical in developing and driving the Company’s trade strategy and operational excellence
The Commercial Leader is responsible for and manages, the Sales function giving key inputs
Directing and supervision of the sales force in order to not only achieve but to surpass the set company sales targets
Uses his or her in-depth knowledge of Company's solutions to sell the Company's technological services, products and processes
Identify Client’s needs as well as spots new trends to ensure the right solutions are being advertised, marketed and developed for the right prospects
Manage Clients and Prospects Maps in order to expand Company Energy Clients Relationships Network
Market development
Directing the sales & marketing budget
Advising and providing management team with sales & marketing expertise for the overall performance
Regularly (Daily) engage with existing Client’s Network, new Clients
Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Oversee Commercial and Technical Proposals
Supervise Markets and Clients reports on the progress towards the identified and validated Targets
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or other Technical discipline
Familiar with the IT and Energy Industry
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a similar senior position
Minimum of 7+ years of solid commercial track-record with existing relationship network within Oil & Gas, IT and Renewable Industries
Be abreast of the latest Industries trends and understand how to convert them into new sales
Extensive team management experience
Experience in developing Technical and Commercial Multi-Year Service Proposals.
