- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing substantial budgets.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian business environment and regulatory landscape.
