Job Objective:
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects. Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds specifications and standards.
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Prepare and manage project budgets. Track expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
