- Conduct daily briefings with team leaders to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
3. Logistics & Resource Management
- Ensure the availability and proper use of equipment, materials, and site resources.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage on-site storage efficiently.
- Anticipate resource needs to prevent delays in project execution.
4. Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor construction costs and optimize site expenditures.
- Provide regular reports on site progress to project managers and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges that could impact the schedule or budget.
